A Maruti WagonR in front of me...
with a tag on the rear windscreen
- "A/C Vehicle"
- "No Hand Signal"
On the green light, the driver's hand comes out of the window, indicating a right turn!
Old habits die hard...
or perhaps the tag is for OTHER DRIVERS?!

Four Possible Reasons:(!!!!)
1. A/C may not be working.
2. A/c is switched Off.
3. Driver is new to the car and
4. Old habits never die.
